About the job: Key responsibilities: 1. Process daily orders from Shopify, Amazon, Nykaa via Unicommerce/Browntape 2. Generate accurate invoices and shipping labels 3. Complete pick-pack-ship within 24-48 hours 4. Manage courier handovers and tracking updates 5. Create GST-compliant invoices and shipping bills 6. Maintain digital/physical records of all transactions 7. Share daily reports with accounts team 8. Receive and inspect inbound shipments 9. Execute barcode tagging and shelf placement 10. Maintain real-time inventory across systems 11. Conduct regular stock audits 12. Process returns and classify product condition 13. Update inventory systems for returned items 14. File claims for damaged/lost shipments 15. Supervise warehouse staff and assign tasks 16. Train team on packaging and safety protocols 17. Coordinate cross-functionally with other departments Requirements: 1. Demonstrate 3-6 years D2C warehouse experience 2. Operate Unicommerce, Browntape, Shiprocket 3. Apply GST billing knowledge 4. Utilize Excel/Google Sheets proficiently 5. Show detail-oriented, proactive approach 6.
