About the job: Key responsibilities: 1. Lead and motivate a team of BPO agents to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly goals 2. Provide ongoing coaching and feedback to team members to ensure continuous improvement 3. Monitor and analyze team performance metrics to identify areas of improvement and implement solutions 4. Develop and implement training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of team members 5. Collaborate with other departments to ensure effective communication and workflow 6. Handle escalations and resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner 7.
