About the job: Key Responsibilities: 1. Supervise and lead a team of front-desk staff or call center agents, ensuring excellent customer service and efficient operations 2. Oversee incoming and outgoing calls, ensuring prompt responses to patient inquiries and concerns 3. Manage appointment scheduling, cancellations, and rescheduling, minimizing wait times and optimizing clinic resources 4. Ensure clear, empathetic, and professional communication with patients, addressing their needs and concerns 5. Maintain accurate records, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and analyze data to improve clinic operations 6. Quality Assurance: Monitor and evaluate team performance, providing feedback, coaching, and training to enhance service quality 7. Problem Resolution: Resolve patient complaints and issues promptly, escalating complex cases to senior management when necessary Requirements: 1. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills 2. Strong leadership and team management abilities 3. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment 4. Basic knowledge of medical terminology and clinic operations 5.
