Job Description

Inbound / Outbound Process

Manage
material receipt from vendors
and ensure proper documentation.
Coordinate with plants for arranging
STOs (Stock Transfer Orders)
parts and dispatching to Peenya warehouse.
Perform
counting and aesthetic quality checking
of incoming materials.
Handle
GRN (Goods Receipt Note) inward process
in ERP/WMS.
Coordinate
vendor payment process
and follow-ups.
Supervise
binning activities
for efficient material storage.
Prepare and maintain
inward MIS reports
.
Facilitate
material movement to plant for painting
and back to Peenya warehouse.

Logistics Process

Prepare and monitor
freight cost forecasting and budgeting
.
Manage
freight cost optimization and vendor coordination
.
Coordinate with plants and Peenya warehouse for
timely movement of parts
.
Identify and resolve
logistics issues and bottlenecks
.
Manage
logistics damage claims and insurance processes
.

Inventory Management

Develop and execute
inventory audit schedules
(perpetual and planned).
Track
perpetual inventory progress
and ensure compliance.
Plan and monitor
warehouse hardware requirements
.
Implement
storage space optimization initiatives
.
Oversee complete
WMS (Warehouse Management System) operations
.
