Key Responsibilities

Operations Management:
Oversee the day-to-day activities of the warehouse, ensuring the efficient receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods.
Inventory Control:
Manage and monitor stock levels, conduct regular inventory audits, and ensure accurate record-keeping to prevent discrepancies.
Staff Management:
Lead, train, schedule, and supervise warehouse teams to achieve productivity targets and maintain a safe working environment.
Logistics Coordination:
Coordinate with suppliers, transport companies, and delivery providers for the smooth flow of goods, managing loading, unloading, and timely deliveries.
Safety and Compliance:
Enforce health and safety procedures, conduct regular safety inspections, and ensure compliance with regulations.
Space Optimization:
Manage warehouse layout and space utilization to maximize efficiency and ensure proper storage and organization of goods.
Equipment Maintenance:
Oversee the maintenance and condition of warehouse equipment and machinery.
Reporting:
Track key performance metrics and prepare reports on warehouse operations to identify areas for improvement.
