A Warehouse Manager is responsible for planning, organizing, and controlling warehouse operations to ensure efficient storage, handling, and movement of goods while meeting organizational objectives
The role involves supervising daily warehouse activities including receiving, put away, picking, packing, dispatch, and inventory control to ensure accuracy and timeliness
The Warehouse Manager ensures optimal utilization of space, manpower, and equipment to improve productivity and reduce operational costs
The position includes implementing warehouse processes, standard operating procedures, and safety guidelines to maintain a secure and organized working environment
The Warehouse Manager coordinates with procurement, inventory, logistics, and sales teams to align warehouse operations with supply chain requirements
Monitoring stock levels, conducting audits, cycle counts, and reconciling discrepancies are key responsibilities
The role requires managing warehouse staff, assigning duties, monitoring performance, and ensuring proper training and discipline
