Job Description

Warehouse Management Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

Understand warehouse business processes and organizational requirements.
Prepare detailed blueprints and functional documentation for WMS implementation.
Lead and support end-to-end project lifecycle for ERP/WMS solutions.
Validate reporting needs and manage system customizations as required.
Provide training and ongoing support to end-users.
Resolve daily operational/system queries effectively.
Collaborate with clients for requirement gathering and solution design.
Document current workflows and define future business requirements.
Manage full-cycle implementation of ERP, WMS, or related systems.
Develop, customize, and troubleshoot using
PL/SQL
.
Work with at least one major ERP/WMS platform (e.g.,
Manhattan, JDA, Infor, SAP EWM, Oracle WMS
).
