1. To ensure proper protection of vehicle to avoid Transit Damages
2. Track the Material In & out - and reduce the stock Difference
3. Ensure to arrange the on line material availablity thruough followup with production team
4. Ensure to assain Supervisor to loading truck wise.
5. Ensure to avoid dispatch Error
6. Ensure to WH team to follow the FIFO both Inward and outward
7. maintain the weekly more then 90Days stock liquidation track
8. Return,expiry,damage material consumption plan need to close with in 10 days with follow
9. Co ordinate with Cycle Cout & done it as per Schedule
10. Arrangeing 2.25Month requirment as per WH stock with average Sale(Interplant Material)
11. Daily Stacking Plan against followup with production Team
12. Ensure to follow EWMS activity + TMS (Transportation Management System) activities
13. Vendor Coordination for major projects
14. Knowledge of PR(Purchase Requisition raising and sbumission)
15. Knowledge of raising price approval justification for major cost spares
16. Involve in future projects of warehouse
17. Budget Preparation for Warehouse department
18. Act as reliver in case of manpower shortage of senior executive level
19. Coach and train contract helpers on fucntional and behavioral maintenance skills
20. Kaizens, cost saving improvement
21. Capacity Enhancement & calculations
22..Manpower handling,planning - Onroll + Offroll (Labor 50, Staff 12)
1. Tool Box Talk Conducting
2. Work Permit System
3. Safety in Warehouse practises
4. Conducting training programs to fitters and electricians
5. Hazard reporting and closure
6. Line walk and abnormality register (GEMBA Sheet) managemnet with followup and presentations
7.PPE (Personal Protective Equipment Compliance)
8. Knowledge and compliance to IMS (Integrated Management Systems - ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001 combined standards)
9. Documentation compliance to ISO Audits
10. Calibration certificates, external certificate for safety compliance coordination
1. MS OFFICE - MS EXCEL, MS PPT
2. Monthly Presentation making & presenting to plant manager
3. Knowledge of SAP (Warehouse, Logistics)
4. Coordination and Collaboration skills with peers, subordinates, supeiror and other functions
5.Delegation of work to shift mechanical executives, followup and closure of gaps in maintenane mechanical parts
6. OVERALL PERFORMANCE AND LEAVE MANAGEMENT OF RESPORTING RESOURCES
7. Attending daily meeting - Floor Level, department level and plant level
8. Make monthly presentations and improve gap closures
