Warehouse Incharge (Female Only)

As a Warehouse Incharge, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing warehouse operations effectively. Your main duties will include coordinating all activities within the warehouse, ensuring smooth workflow, managing inventory, and enforcing safety protocols. Additionally, you will supervise warehouse staff, optimize processes for efficiency, and maintain accurate records of all incoming and outgoing goods. Your responsibilities will also involve managing stock control and reconciling it with the data storage system. You should have proven work experience as a warehouse manager and expertise in warehouse management procedures and best practices. Your ability to implement process improvement initiatives, familiarity with Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) in warehousing, hands-on experience with warehouse management software, and leadership skills are crucial for this role. To qualify for this position, you should hold a Bachelor's degree and have at least 2 to 3 years of experience in warehouse operations, with a supervisory role. Strong leadership, communication, organizational, and time-management skills are essential. Proficiency in inventory management software, MS Office applications, especially Excel, is required. You must be able to work effectively under pressure, meet deadlines, and demonstrate knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in warehouse operations. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail will be valuable assets in this role. This is a full-time, permanent position with benefits including food provided. The work schedule is during day shifts, and the work location is in person at Chandigarh, Chandigarh. Experience in dispatching for at least 1 year is required for this role.,
