In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing and executing day-to-day warehouse operations related to the handling of both inbound and outbound goods. Youll ensure adherence to standard operating procedures for receiving, storing, recording, and dispatching inventory.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage documentation related to receipt and dispatch of goods.
• Oversee the upkeep of warehouse equipment and infrastructure; recommend and implement improvements when necessary.
• Optimize space utilization and inventory management within the warehouse.
• Support daily operations including inventory movement, packing, loading, and dispatching of goods.
• Supervise and assist the warehouse team to ensure smooth and safe operations.
• Propose and drive initiatives aimed at improving service levels, operational efficiency, and workforce productivity.
• Conduct regular inventory audits and cycle counts to maintain stock accuracy.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Engineering (any specialization).
• 78 years of hands-on experience in warehouse and internal logistics, preferably in a large-scale motor manufacturing environment.
• Proven ability to manage warehouse functions such as storage, picking, packing, and dispatching effectively.
• Proficiency in maintaining accurate records within ERP systems.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, along with effective communication and interpersonal skills.
