In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing and executing day-to-day warehouse operations related to the handling of both inbound and outbound goods. Youll ensure adherence to standard operating procedures for receiving, storing, recording, and dispatching inventory. Key Responsibilities: Manage documentation related to receipt and dispatch of goods. Oversee the upkeep of warehouse equipment and infrastructure; recommend and implement improvements when necessary. Optimize space utilization and inventory management within the warehouse. Support daily operations including inventory movement, packing, loading, and dispatching of goods. Supervise and assist the warehouse team to ensure smooth and safe operations. Propose and drive initiatives aimed at improving service levels, operational efficiency, and workforce productivity. Conduct regular inventory audits and cycle counts to maintain stock accuracy. Requirements: Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Engineering (any specialization). 78 years of hands-on experience in warehouse and internal logistics, preferably in a large-scale motor manufacturing environment. Proven ability to manage warehouse functions such as storage, picking, packing, and dispatching effectively. Proficiency in maintaining accurate records within ERP systems. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, along with effective communication and interpersonal skills.
