Warehouse Executive

Job Title:

Job Summary:

The Warehouse Associate is responsible for supporting all warehouse operations including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping materials and finished products. This role ensures compliance with GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices), safety standards, and company procedures specific to the nutraceutical industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Receive, inspect, and verify incoming raw materials, components, and packaging materials.
  
• Properly store items in designated warehouse locations.
  
• Pick and stage materials for production and shipping based on work orders and shipping schedules.
  
• Load and unload trucks safely using forklifts or pallet jacks as needed.
  
• Maintain inventory accuracy through proper labeling, documentation, and cycle counts.
  
• Ensure all warehouse areas are clean, organized, and in compliance with 5S standards.
  
• Follow all GMP, SOP, and safety regulations related to nutraceutical manufacturing.
  
• Report damaged or expired products to the supervisor immediately.
  
• Assist in maintaining warehouse equipment and report any malfunctions.
  
• Support audits and inspections as required.
  

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  
• 1+ years of warehouse experience; nutraceutical, pharmaceutical, or food industry experience preferred.
  
• Knowledge of GMP, FDA, or HACCP regulations a plus.
  
• Ability to operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment (certification preferred).
  
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  
• Basic computer skills for inventory systems and documentation.
  
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work on your feet for extended periods.
  

Work Environment:

• Exposure to warehouse environment with varying temperatures.
  
• Use of PPE (personal protective equipment) as required.
  
• Fast-paced and team-oriented environment.
  

• Must have knowledge about Pharma-cloud software.
