Job Description

Oversee inward, storage, and dispatch activities to ensure smooth warehouse operations.
Handle posting of Delivery Notes (DN) and maintain accurate records in the system.Manage Proof of Delivery (POD) tracking and ensure timely submission to the concerned departments.Handled delivery tracker uploading and dispatch updatesUploaded delivery trackers daily and monitored dispatch flowOversaw delivery tracker upload, POD, and return updatesCoordinate and process market returns, ensuring items are verified and updated in the inventory.Maintain organized floor arrangements for efficient space utilization and easy material access.Ensure all inward materials are properly checked, labeled, and stored in designated locations.Collaborate with logistics and sales teams for on-time dispatch and delivery follow-ups.Support inventory reconciliation and periodic stock audits to maintain accuracy.Maintain compliance with safety, housekeeping, and company SOPs across the warehouse floor.
