Warehouse Executive

Key Responsibilities

Receive & inspect incoming inventory: verify quantities, check for damage, document discrepancies.

Sort, label, and accurately store products in designated areas.

Pick and pack orders for shipment—ensuring correct items and quantities.

Maintain warehouse cleanliness and organization: shelving, pallets, pathways.

Operate manual equipment safely (e.g. pallet jacks, trolleys).

Support regular stock audits and cycle counts—assist in physical inventory checks.

Assist with loading/unloading during shipments, ensuring coordination with logistics partners.

Follow company protocols for document handling, safety, hygiene, and quality.

Document and escalate any discrepancies or damages promptly to supervisor.

Adhere to shift timing and reporting requirements in line with assigned schedule.

Qualifications

Education: 10th / 12th pass (minimum). Higher education preferred for advancement.

Experience: 0–2 years in warehousing, logistics, or material handling. Fresh candidates welcome if trainable.

Skills: Basic numeracy & English (reading labels, packing slips).

Personal Traits: Punctual, detail-oriented, safety-conscious, team player.
