Warehouse Director

As a candidate for this role, your responsibilities will include: - Conducting piloting and being prepared to support business needs. - Defining, measuring, analyzing, implementing, and improving processes across the perimeter. - Tracking Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). - Co-building and being involved in all business strategies within the BU. - Acting as a transformation leader in the BU. - Being involved in the nomination process within the BU and ensuring the development of key leaders. - Monitoring and anticipating future evolutions on people's topics. - Ensuring active monitoring of the social climate in the BU. - Creating connections and collaborations with other BUs in the country (production, retail, logistics, finance, IT, etc.). - Shaping and reinforcing the desired organizational culture. - Upholding Decathlon's vision and values through everyday actions, ensuring optimal performance and development of individuals. - Ensuring fairness and transparency in all actions, fostering an environment where each individual is supported and valued. - Embedding diversity and inclusion deeply into business and talent decisions, promoting a diverse and inclusive workplace. - Collaborating effectively with direct and indirect teams, performing functional management roles to achieve business objectives. - Committing to continuous learning and upskilling, creating an environment that encourages teammates to pursue learning and development opportunities. - Participating actively in talent acquisition processes, aiming to recruit candidates who are exceptionally qualified and can contribute to the team's success.
