Warehouse Coordinator

We are looking for a Warehouse Coordinator to oversee day-to-day warehouse operations, ensure accurate inventory management, and provide smooth coordination between different departments. The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented, proactive, and possess strong organizational and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain accurate inventory records.
• Oversee generation of purchase orders and ensure timely processing.
• Prepare and manage sales bills and dispatch documentation.
• Ensure smooth dispatch and delivery coordination with logistics partners.
• Perform data entry, record keeping, and reporting related to warehouse operations.
• Coordinate with suppliers, vendors, and internal teams for follow-ups and updates.
• Monitor stock levels and highlight replenishment requirements.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and safety standards in warehouse operations.

Requirements

• Education: Any graduate (Bachelor’s degree required).
• Skills:
• Strong computer literacy .
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to work under deadlines with attention to detail.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From ₹12,500.00 per month
