Work Hours

Monday to Saturday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
FIXED SUNDAY OFF

Salary

₹9,000 – ₹15,000 per month (commensurate with experience and demonstrated performance)

Primary Responsibilities Order Processing

• Receive, review, and validate customer orders within the system with absolute accuracy.
• Retrieve items from inventory in strict accordance with order specifications.
• Verify product quantities, SKUs, and all relevant details to ensure flawless order execution.

Packing & Dispatch

• Pack products with meticulous attention to safety and presentation, adhering to established packaging standards.
• Ensure precise labelling of all parcels.
• Prepare shipments for timely courier collection.
• Guarantee the prompt and efficient dispatch of every outgoing order.

Inbound Shipment Handling & Vehicle Unloading

• Assist in unloading delivery vehicles (vans, trucks, etc.) efficiently and safely.
• Cross-check incoming stock against invoices and delivery documentation.
• Move, sort, and systematically arrange goods in designated storage zones.
• Report discrepancies, damages, or missing items immediately.
• Record inbound stock accurately in the inventory management system.

Inventory & Warehouse Management

• Support routine stock audits and maintain accurate inventory records.
• Keep storage racks and shelves organized for optimal accessibility.
• Uphold a clean, orderly, and safety-compliant warehouse environment.

Quality Control

• Conduct detailed quality checks before packing or storing items.
• Ensure error-free, damage-free, and customer-ready order fulfillment.
• Follow safe handling and lifting practices at all times.

Candidate Requirements

• Basic computers, reading and writing proficiency.
• Ability to work efficiently, responsibly, and with consistent reliability.
• Prior experience in packing or warehouse operations is advantageous, though not mandatory.

वेतन:

₹9,000 – ₹15,000 प्रति माह (अनुभव एवं कार्य-प्रदर्शन के आधार पर)

मुख्य दायित्वऑर्डर प्रोसेसिंग:

• सिस्टम में प्राप्त ग्राहक ऑर्डरों की जाँच एवं पुष्टि करना
• ऑर्डर शीट के अनुसार इन्वेंटरी से सामान चुनना
• उत्पाद की मात्रा, SKU और अन्य विवरणों का सही मिलान करना

पैकिंग एवं डिस्पैच:

• निर्धारित मानकों के अनुरूप ऑर्डरों की सुरक्षित एवं सुव्यवस्थित पैकिंग
• प्रत्येक पैकेज पर सटीक लेबलिंग
• कूरियर पिक-अप हेतु शिपमेंट की तैयारी
• सभी ऑर्डरों का समय पर डिस्पैच सुनिश्चित करना

इनबाउंड शिपमेंट हैंडलिंग एवं वाहन अनलोडिंग:

• आने वाले वाहनों (वैन, ट्रक आदि) से माल उतारने में सहायता
• प्राप्त स्टॉक का चालान एवं डिलीवरी नोट के अनुसार सत्यापन
• सामान को निर्धारित क्षेत्रों में व्यवस्थित रूप से रखना
• क्षतिग्रस्त, अनुपस्थित या गलत वस्तुओं की तुरंत रिपोर्ट करना
• इन्वेंटरी सिस्टम में नए स्टॉक का उचित अभिलेख दर्ज करना

इन्वेंटरी एवं वेयरहाउस प्रबंधन:

• नियमित स्टॉक गणना में सहयोग एवं रिकॉर्ड बनाए रखना
• शेल्फ और स्टोरेज रैक को सुव्यवस्थित रखना
• वेयरहाउस क्षेत्र की स्वच्छता एवं व्यवस्था बनाए रखना

क्वालिटी कंट्रोल:

• पैकिंग या स्टोरेज से पहले वस्तुओं की गुणवत्ता जाँच
• बिना क्षति के सटीक ऑर्डर पूर्ति सुनिश्चित करना
• भार उठाने एवं सामग्री संभालने में सुरक्षित कार्य-प्रथाओं का पालन

योग्यता एवं आवश्यकताएँ

• बुनियादी पढ़ने-लिखने की क्षमता
• जिम्मेदारीपूर्वक एवं कुशलतापूर्वक कार्य करने की योग्यता
• पैकिंग अथवा वेयरहाउस कार्य का पूर्व अनुभव वांछनीय (अनिवार्य नहीं)

कार्यालय नियम:

• मोबाइल फोन का उपयोग केवल आवश्यक संचार हेतु; कार्य समय के दौरान उपयोग की अनुमति नहीं।
• यदि कार्य समय से पहले पूरा हो जाए और कार्य-भार कम हो, तो विश्राम की अनुमति है।
• लंच ब्रेक (40 मिनट) के दौरान मोबाइल उपयोग की अनुमति है।
