Job Vacancy: Warehouse Assistant Company: JADEMECH ETAILERS PVT LTD Position: Order Processing / Packing Assistant Employment Type: Full-time/Freshers Work Hours Monday to Saturday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM FIXED SUNDAY OFF Salary ₹9,000 – ₹15,000 per month (commensurate with experience and demonstrated performance) Primary Responsibilities Order Processing Receive, review, and validate customer orders within the system with absolute accuracy. Retrieve items from inventory in strict accordance with order specifications. Verify product quantities, SKUs, and all relevant details to ensure flawless order execution. Packing & Dispatch Pack products with meticulous attention to safety and presentation, adhering to established packaging standards. Ensure precise labelling of all parcels. Prepare shipments for timely courier collection. Guarantee the prompt and efficient dispatch of every outgoing order. Inbound Shipment Handling & Vehicle Unloading Assist in unloading delivery vehicles (vans, trucks, etc.) efficiently and safely. Cross-check incoming stock against invoices and delivery documentation. Move, sort, and systematically arrange goods in designated storage zones. Report discrepancies, damages, or missing items immediately. Record inbound stock accurately in the inventory management system. Inventory & Warehouse Management Support routine stock audits and maintain accurate inventory records. Keep storage racks and shelves organized for optimal accessibility. Uphold a clean, orderly, and safety-compliant warehouse environment. Quality Control Conduct detailed quality checks before packing or storing items. Ensure error-free, damage-free, and customer-ready order fulfillment. Follow safe handling and lifting practices at all times. Candidate Requirements Basic computers, reading and writing proficiency. Ability to work efficiently, responsibly, and with consistent reliability. Prior experience in packing or warehouse operations is advantageous, though not mandatory.
