Warehouse Associate

As a Warehouse Supervisor, you will be primarily responsible for the day-to-day management of the warehouse, which includes tasks such as receiving, dispatching, transfer & returns, and overall maintenance & functioning of the warehouse. Your key responsibilities will include: - Working with the warehouse manager to oversee daily activities such as shipping, receiving, maintenance, inventory management, and dispatch scheduling. - Ensuring timely deliveries of goods to customers in proper condition. - Acting as a warehouse manager in their absence. - Making tele calls to regular customers for orders. - Forecasting demand and placing orders for materials with the master warehouse or vendor. - Controlling and managing inventories, ensuring safety of both personnel and goods in the warehouse, maintaining hygiene, and overseeing housekeeping. - Generating invoices and performing data entry tasks for purchase invoices and petty cash. - Creating daily reports. - Supervising warehouse employees and monitoring daily operations. - Providing training for new employees and ensuring ongoing training for current staff. - Handling customer service requests promptly and resolving issues quickly. You will have major contact with customers and the sales team. The qualifications and experience required for this role include a minimum education level of 12th standard and at least 2 years of experience in a warehouse supervisory role. Preferred skills for this position include people management and excellent problem-solving abilities. Additionally, you should be willing to work from alternate locations as and when needed.,
