Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Ensure the safety, security, and well-being of all girl students residing in the hostel. Maintain discipline and decorum in the hostel premises. Monitor daily attendance and movements of the residents (in/out register). Address and resolve any disputes or grievances among residents fairly and promptly. Maintain proper records of students, complaints, and maintenance issues. Coordinate with parents/guardians in case of emergencies or behavioral issues. Supervise cleanliness, hygiene, and food quality in the hostel. Handle medical or emergency situations with promptness and coordinate with the medical officer if needed. Ensure hostel rules and regulations are followed strictly by the residents. Provide a supportive and friendly environment to help students feel at home. Requirements: Female candidates preferred due to the nature of the role. Prior experience as a warden or in a supervisory role is an advantage. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to manage and resolve conflicts. Willingness to reside within the hostel premises (accommodation usually provided). Basic first aid knowledge is a plus.
