Indian Defence Academy, Dehradun is looking for a dedicated and responsible Warden cum Manager to join our team.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee hostel management and student discipline.
• Maintain a safe, secure, and hygienic environment for cadets.
• Handle daily administrative tasks related to hostel and campus facilities.
• Act as a mentor, ensuring students’ well-being and discipline.
• Coordinate with staff and management for smooth operations.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in hostel/warden/management roles.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to maintain discipline while being approachable and supportive.
• Preference will be given to candidates willing to stay at the academy.

Pay: ₹10,098.32 - ₹20,000.00 per month
