Job Description

We are looking for a skilled professional with 2 to 6 years of experience to join our team as a Ward Manager in Medway Hospitals, located in the Pharmaceutical & Life Sciences industry.

Roles and Responsibility

Manage and supervise the daily operations of the ward, ensuring efficient and effective patient care.
Coordinate with medical staff to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
Monitor and maintain accurate records of patient progress and treatment outcomes.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
Implement and maintain high standards of quality patient care and safety protocols.
Analyze and resolve complex patient care issues and concerns promptly.

Job Requirements

Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a hospital or healthcare setting.
Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling strong relationships with patients, families, and staff.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities.
Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills, with the ability to make sound decisions under pressure.
Familiarity with healthcare software and technology systems, and the ability to learn new systems quickly.
