As a Program Delivery Leader/Director at the SM 3 / AD level, your responsibilities will include: - Providing oversight to multiple DF teams encompassing engineering, architecture, testing, and requirements - Managing stakeholder expectations across EY GDS organizations - Ensuring solutions adhere to organizational processes and align with strategic objectives - Facilitating strategic planning and fostering collaboration among diverse teams - Tracking and monitoring issues and risks, taking proactive steps to resolve and escalate as necessary - Offering transparent communication of delivery targets, commitments, and progress - Cultivating a culture of team-driven decision-making and commitment, promoting trust and organizing team-building activities - Coaching teams to enhance collaboration and drive better outcomes To qualify for this role, you should possess: - Previous experience in leading large-scale software teams, ideally applying AGILE and product management methodologies, within a multi-stakeholder environment - Profound insight into the software development lifecycle, encompassing design, construction, testing, deployment, and iterative improvements - Fundamental comprehension of the roles played by product managers, architects, engineers, quality assurance professionals, devops specialists, and infrastructure experts EY is dedicated to constructing a more effective working world, focusing on creating sustainable value for clients, individuals, and society while fostering trust in the global financial landscape.
