Job Description – KAM / RM

• Acquire new clients through leads and family accounts grouping

• Grow the liability base (CASAFD) of the bank by deepening relationships of premium mapped customer base

• Sell asset, wealth & other products (bank and third party) with a view to enhance revenue per client

• Service clients covering all their banking needs including bank/3rd party products- Life Insurance

Job Description - SDM/ASDM

•Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience in Banking industry.

•Strong customer service and relationship management skills.

•Meet and exceed business targets, contributing to branch and bank growth.

•Job Description - Associate Manager - Gold Loan Operations

•Ensuring high responsiveness to customers’ problems. Act in their best interest by providing timely and qualitative resolution to their issues.

•Maintenance of relevant registers / Vouchers

•Minimising Operational errors / Prevention of frauds

•Ensure there are no Interest outstanding at Branch for greater than 30 days

•Systematic calling of all NTB customers on Gold Loan and generate referrals for GL (with at least 8 conversions per month)

•Job Description – ASDM-Cash / Teller

•Minimum 1 year of relevant work experience as in Banking / NBFC.

Eligibility Criteria:

•Good interpersonal and communication skills .

•Age : Up to 32 years

•Educational Qualification: Graduation and above

•Experience: 4+ years for KAM and 5+ year for RM into Banking Sales, preferably into portfolio management with relevant experience in Retail Branch Banking / Insurance / Mutual Fund. AMFI / IRDA certified (For KAM / RM)
