Job Description

Key Responsibilities Manage End-to-End Inbound Operations Oversee unloading, inspection, GRN, and put-away activities to ensure timely and accurate receiving of goods. Ensure Inventory Accuracy – Monitor stock during receipt and put-away; resolve discrepancies and coordinate with the inventory control team. Team Handling – Supervise warehouse associates/labor, plan shifts, assign tasks, and ensure productivity across inbound operations. Maintain System Accuracy – Ensure all transactions are updated correctly in the WMS/SAP and reports are maintained as per process. SLA & KPI Compliance – Monitor and ensure adherence to inbound turnaround times, dock performance, and receiving accuracy. Coordinate with Stakeholders – Work closely with transporters, vendors, and internal teams for smooth inbound scheduling and issue resolution. Safety & 5S Compliance – Ensure compliance with safety standards, hygiene, and housekeeping practices in the inbound zone. Drive Continuous Improvement – Identify process gaps and suggest improvements to enhance speed, accuracy, and service quality.
