Job Description

Oversee and maintain the BlackLine platform, including user access, role assignments, and security configurations.
Set up and manage core modules such as Account Reconciliations, Task Management, Journal Entries, Transaction Matching, and Intercompany.
Partner with Finance, Accounting, and IT teams to gather business requirements and implement system improvements.
Monitor system health, resolve technical issues, and liaise with BlackLine support for troubleshooting.
Lead platform upgrades, patch deployments, and testing to ensure system reliability and performance.
Design and maintain custom reports, dashboards, and KPIs to support the financial close process and audit preparedness.
Deliver training, create documentation, and provide ongoing support to users and stakeholders.
Ensure adherence to internal controls and audit compliance standards.
Manage data flows, including imports, exports, and integrations with ERP and other financial systems.
Contribute to or lead cross-functional initiatives focused on financial systems, automation, and process enhancements.
Perform regular system checks and validate data accuracy.
Assess new BlackLine features and modules, and drive implementation of relevant updates.
Act as the organizations subject matter expert (SME) for BlackLine.
Support audit activities by providing data and documentation related to BlackLine processes.
Maintain a structured change management process for system updates and configuration changes.
