Role & responsibilities 1. Business Development & Sales Identify and develop new business opportunities in assigned territories and industries. Prepare and deliver technical presentations and product demonstrations. Negotiate and close sales deals while achieving monthly and annual targets. 2. Customer Management Maintain strong follow-up with customers for inquiries, quotations, and orders. Coordinate with internal teams for order execution, installation, and after-sales support. Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through timely communication and problem-solving. 3. Technical & Commercial Support Evaluate project requirements and prepare technical and commercial offers. Liaise with principals / OEMs for pricing, specifications, and delivery timelines. Support the team during product trials, demos, and exhibitions. 4. Market Intelligence & Reporting Gather competitor information, market trends, and customer feedback. Provide regular reports on sales performance, pipeline status, and key market developments. Contribute ideas for marketing campaigns and product promotions. Preferred candidate profile Strong technical understanding of industrial machines (e.g., welding, cutting, automation, CNC, drilling). Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Ability to translate customer needs into practical engineering solutions. Self-driven with a result-oriented and customer-centric approach. Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and report preparation. Willingness to travel extensively across assigned regions.
Key Responsibilities for Accountant GST Compliance & Returns: Preparation and filing of GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, and GSTR-9. Reconciliation of GSTR-2A / 2B with purchase register. Maintain proper documentation for GST audits. Taxation: Calculation and filing of TDS and TCS returns. Ensure timely payment of TDS/TCS and generation of certificates (Form 16A). Accounting & Bookkeeping: Record day-to-day financial transactions in Tally ERP / Tally Prime. Maintain ledgers, journal entries, and trial balance. Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports. Responsible for creating and issuing sales and service invoices. Reconciliation & Reports: Perform bank reconciliation, vendor and customer account reconciliation. Monitor stock/inventory management and verify physical stock with books. Payroll & Audit: Prepare and manage salary sheets and ensure accurate payroll accounting. Assist in internal and statutory audits by providing necessary data and reports. Key Responsibilities Support the sales team with day-to-day operations, ensuring seamless order processing and customer communication. Prepare and manage quotations, sales contracts, proforma invoices, and purchase orders in Tally. Coordinate with production and logistics to track product availability, order status, and shipment timelines. Maintain accurate records in our CRM/Tally ERP systems from client information to sales performance data. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers by providing timely updates and resolving any queries. Work closely with finance to ensure invoicing and payments are processed correctly and on schedule. Assist in preparing sales reports, forecasts, and presentations for management.
