Role & responsibilities 1. Business Development & Sales Identify and develop new business opportunities in assigned territories and industries. Generate leads, conduct market visits, and build strong customer relationships. Understand customer requirements and propose suitable technical solutions. Prepare and deliver technical presentations and product demonstrations. Negotiate and close sales deals while achieving monthly and annual targets. 2. Customer Management Maintain strong follow-up with customers for inquiries, quotations, and orders. Coordinate with internal teams for order execution, installation, and after-sales support. Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through timely communication and problem-solving. 3. Technical & Commercial Support Evaluate project requirements and prepare technical and commercial offers. Liaise with principals / OEMs for pricing, specifications, and delivery timelines. Support the team during product trials, demos, and exhibitions. 4. Market Intelligence & Reporting Gather competitor information, market trends, and customer feedback. Provide regular reports on sales performance, pipeline status, and key market developments. Contribute ideas for marketing campaigns and product promotions. Preferred candidate profile Strong technical understanding of industrial machines (e.g., welding, cutting, automation, CNC, drilling). Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Ability to translate customer needs into practical engineering solutions. Self-driven with a result-oriented and customer-centric approach. Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and report preparation. Willingness to travel extensively across assigned regions.
