Walk In - Surveyor - Gurugram - 22nd - 23rd July - (Real Estate)

Role & responsibilities

• Knowledge of Total Station, Auto level, theodolite, DGPS
• Exposure in working with contractors in construction companies.

Key Accountability/Role and Responsibilities (Should be a Part of the KRA for Variable Pay)

• Finding Coordinates, Site Demarcation, Layout & Levelling
• Total Station Machine DGPS, Machine (Custom, Coordinates, Horizontal & Vertical angles), Topography, Contouring and any other.
• Provide guidance and assistance to construction workers to ensure accurate measurement of survey related works.
• Day to day work related to survey at Site
• Ensuring Total Station Machine is managed and maintained properly
• To Provide site demarcation (using TSM, DGPS, Auto Level, theodolite), layout, Levelling to design department
• Estimated Quantities, Cost & Time Scales for Material and labor
• To assist project department in Obtaining Building NOCs & Approval.
• To Provide MIS Weekly/Monthly Basis, Working closely with planning engineer for tendering QS & Bidding work.
• Preparing drawings as per the coordinates marked by concerned Machine
• Any other work as assigned by Project manager
