Monthly state wise GST computations including reverse charge, GST payments, filing of GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, GSTR-6, GSTR-9 and 9C)) before the due dates. 2. Preparation of monthly TDS workings, TDS payments and Filing e-TDS returns. 3. Reconciliation of input tax credit reflected in GSTR-2B/2A/6A with inward (ITC) registers as per books of accounts. 4. Preparing and arranging information require to GST audit & Internal, Statutory, Tax auditors (3CD data) and Cost audit and ensuring smooth and timely closure audit 5. Preparation of various reconciliations like GST revenue vs GST revenue, GSTR-1 vs 3B, 2B vs 3B, GSTR -1 vs E-invoice ,GSTR-1 vs e-waybills and 26AS vs TDS receivable (books). 6. Drafting and submission of replies to the notices, mails communications & orders 7. Preparation of litigation tracker and ensuring time submission of replies 8. Attending Personal Hearing for SCN and Appeals etc 9. Co-ordinating with Govt tax officials to provide information for the purpose of GST Audit ,Verification, Inspections and Scrutiny and Ensuring smooth and time closure. 10. Co-ordinating with Tax consultants for various GST matters 11. Laisioning with GST dept for all the GST matters from time to time 12. Preparation and review of monthly TDS /TCS workings, TDS payments and Filing e-TDS/TCS returns on time. Computation of quarterly advance tax and ensuring timely payment. Preparing and arranging information require to Income tax assessment, Scrutiny & Internal, Statutory, Tax auditors (3CA & 3CD data) and Cost audit and ensuring smooth and timely closure. Drafting and submission of replies to the notices, mails communications & orders received from Income Tax Dept. Computation of Annual Income Tax as per ICDS. Coordinating with Tax Auditors for completion of tax audit and filing of Income tax returns on time. Assisting in foreign payments by arranging Form 15CA and 15CB and ensuing DTAA. Obtaining Concessional Certificates U/s 197 of Income Tax Act. Reconciliation of TDS Receivable with 26AS. Dealing of Income Tax Assessments & Attending Personal Hearing and Appeals etc. Scrutinizing & reconciling all the GLs and passing necessary TDS related accounting entries. Applying TDS refunds. Preparing the 281 certificates and submitting to IT Department Laisioning with IT dept for all the Income Tax matters from time to time.
Role & responsibilities Conduct route alignment surveys for proposed transmission line routes using DGPS, Total Station, and other modern survey equipment. Prepare profiles, benching and ULE proposals. Assist in tower spotting and peg marking as per approved alignment and design data. Strong Knowledge in Marking, Template setting and Prop Setting. Shall have good working experience in Hilly Terrains like North East areas Verify and record coordinates and elevations for tower locations, access roads, and substations. Conduct land and property boundary surveys for right-of-way (ROW) acquisition and documentation. Ensure survey data accuracy and maintain records of field observations and measurements. Coordinate with design engineers for route optimization and tower location adjustments. Supervise and guide survey assistants or outsourced survey teams at the site. Ensure survey work compliance with company standards, client specifications, and safety guidelines. Prepare and submit daily/weekly progress reports to the Project Engineer or Survey Lead. Skills and Competencies: Proficient in survey instruments such as Total Station, GPS, Auto Level, and DGPS. Working knowledge of AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and GIS tools for data processing and map preparation. Understanding of transmission line design concepts , route selection criteria, and terrain analysis. Ability to work in remote and challenging site conditions . Strong analytical, reporting, and communication skills.
