Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Perform routine preventive and breakdown maintenance of OSD and injectable manufacturing equipment.
Operate and maintain utilities such as HVAC, WFI, and cleanroom systems.
Assist in installation, commissioning, and minor modifications of machinery.
Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and instrumentation issues under supervision.
Maintain accurate maintenance records and comply with GMP standards.
Support senior engineers during audits, inspections, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Preferred candidate profile

Perform basic mechanical maintenance on manufacturing equipment (tablet presses, capsule fillers, pumps).
Troubleshoot electrical and instrumentation systems under guidance.
Operate and maintain utilities like HVAC, WFI, and compressed air systems.
Follow GMP and maintain accurate maintenance records.
Basic understanding of PLCs and simple automation systems.
