Skills Required: BIM Manager | BIM Architect | BIM Structural | MEP Background | Highrise Buildings

Note

Roles & Responsibilities:

BIM

Developing 3D models using
BIM
software like Revit, AutoCAD, and Navisworks.
Developing Revit model for public health engineering systems, including water supply, drainage and
electrical modelling.
Developing model and coordinate fire protection systems, including wet, dry and pre-action sprinkler
systems in accordance with NFPA standards and local codes
Working experience with architects, engineers, and other professionals to gather necessary information for accurate models.
Modifying models based on revised plans and specifications.
Generating 2D drawings and details from 3D models for construction documentation.
Run clash detection to identify conflicts between different building systems (e.g., electrical conduits conflicting with HVAC ducts).
Create and update
BIM
families to maintain the projects
BIM
Library.
Utilize
BIM
software for scheduling, cost estimation and material tracking.
