Job Description

Invitro Biology

Qualification & Experience

Hands on experiences on Biochemical Assays (HTRF, ADP-Glo, Alpha LISA etc)
Cell Based assays (CTG, Flow cytometry, Jess, High content imaging etc),
Target validation (siRNA, shRNA, CRISPR etc),
Biophysical characterization (SPR, thermal shift assays etc) and medium/High throughput screening.

In vivo Biology

Qualification & Experience

Plan and Execute in vivo experiments for efficacy studies related to Immunology/Oncology/Neuroscience/Metabolic disorder.
Ensure compliance similar to GLP and ethical standards.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to drive drug development.
Strong commitment to ethical research and animal welfare.
