Key Responsibilities:

Debt Collection:

• Identify and contact customers with overdue accounts via phone calls, emails, or letters.
• Collect payments or negotiate payment plans

Account Management:

• Maintain accurate records of all collection activities, including communication logs, payment arrangements, and amounts paid.
• Review and update account statuses as per internal guidelines.

Collaboration:

• Work as a customer service to resolve complex issues.
• Provide feedback and suggestions to improve collection processes.

Customer Service:

• Contact debtors to discuss overdue balances and offer payment solutions.
• Handle 40–60 inbound calls daily from current or prospective patients.
• Update account notes accurately and adjust statuses in line with company procedures.
• Research and resolve disputed balances in a timely manner.
• Review accounts for potential closure and assist with report preparation.
• Ensure accurate payment posting in the client-provided revenue cycle software.
• Generate invoices and support billing-related tasks.

Requirements:

• Strong English communication skills (both written and verbal).
• Prior experience in BPO, Banking, or Credit Card processes preferred.
• 2+ years of international collections experience (U.S., U.K., AUS, UAE, EUR) is required.
• Bachelor's degree or higher in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
