Walk- in (Front Office Executive cum Admin)

1. Reception & Visitor Management

• Greet visitors, students, parents, or clients in a professional and welcoming manner.
• Handle inquiries, provide information, or redirect to the appropriate department.
• Maintain visitor logs and manage access to the premises.

2. Communication Management

• Answer incoming calls, emails, and messages efficiently.
• Forward calls or messages to relevant staff members.
• Draft official correspondence and notices when required.

3. Administrative Support

• Maintain records of students, employees, or clients.
• Handle registration, enrollment forms, and attendance data.
• Prepare reports, maintain databases, and update files regularly.

4. Coordination & Scheduling

• Schedule appointments, meetings, and events for staff or management.
• Coordinate with different departments to ensure smooth operations.
• Assist in organizing school events, parent-teacher meetings, or corporate events.

5. Concern Handling

• Address complaints or concerns in a polite and efficient manner.
• Provide guidance to visitors about processes, policies, or procedures.

6. Professional Image & Office Management

• Ensure the reception area is neat, organized, and welcoming.
• Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information responsibly.
