Job Description

We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated Diploma freshers (Mechanical / EEE) to join our team at Pillaipakkam. The selected candidates will undergo on-the-job training and will be involved in various operations, maintenance, and production activities. Key Responsibilities: Support production and maintenance operations on the shop floor. Assist in the installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of equipment and machinery. Follow safety protocols and standard operating procedures (SOPs). Maintain records and documentation related to daily operations. Coordinate with the team to meet daily production targets. Learn and adapt to new technical skills as required by the department. Skills Required: Basic knowledge of mechanical/electrical systems. Willingness to work in shifts.
