About the Opportunity:

Role:
Sales & Support Executive (Full-Time)
Training Duration:
3 to 6 months
Stipend During Training:
Up to 15,000/month
Post-Training CTC:
3.25 LPA + performance-based incentives (for sales roles)
Office Timings:
10:00 AM to 7:00 PM
Language:
Marathi-speaking preferred; Basic English required

Key Responsibilities:

Onboarding retailers, agents, and SMEs for AEPS, Micro ATM, and other fintech services
Achieving monthly sales and activation targets
Client visits and product demonstrations
Data management and internal coordination
Daily reporting and feedback

Who Can Apply:

MBA freshers or Graduate freshers looking to start their career in fintech, sales, or support
Candidates with strong communication and a proactive mindset
Familiarity with Pune and surrounding areas will be an added advantage
