Designation: SL Initiative-Sales Officer (Field work compulsory) Position description: Sales Officer will be reaching out deep interiors to identify the needy people. Once identified, individuals are organized into group basis the comfort of the identified people. Sales officer conducts orientation training. Primary Responsibilities: Scoping : - Undertake survey & identify areas villages / wards having potential for formation of SHGs/JLG. Minimum number of participant in a particular village / ward is very critical for execution of this activity. Participant Orientation :- Orientation training involves the activity of educating the members on financial literacy, formal banking and credit awareness Participant Acquisition, Group Formation & Financial Literacy : - Collection of participants profile & get them into Group formation after orientation.Create baseline information about the SHG / JLG Additional Responsibilities: Category: Bachelor's Degree, Master's Degree Academic score: 50% + Required work experience Industry: BFSI Role: Fresher/Sales Years of experience: 1 to 3 Required Competencies: Good Team spirit Inter personal skill Time / Team Management Good communication skill Proactive & focused approach Required Knowledge: Specific requirements Travel: Customer Visits Vehicle: 2 wheeler preferred
