  • Source customers for CA products.
  • Generate leads form open market.
  • Achieve sales targets for CA and cross-sell financial products.
  • Maintain and enhance relationships with existing customers.
  • Graduate/Postgraduate in any discipline from any UGC recognized university.
  • 1-4 years' experience in CASA sales, POS and knowledge of financial products.
  • Excellent communication, customer orientation, and cross-selling abilities.
  • Hardcore sales mentality.
  • Develop and execute strategies to increase sales revenue through cross-selling of current accounts, saving accounts, CASA deposits, insurance products, and other relevant financial services.
    Identify new business opportunities and build relationships with potential clients to expand the customer base.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead in the competitive landscape.
