Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Design and develop mechanical components from concepts to final stage using CAD tools (SolidWorks and any CAD Software)
Lead tolerance analysis, FEA, DFM reviews & Prototype validation
Deep understanding of GD&T, strong simulation expertise, and excellent communication skills.
Knowledge of Special Purpose Machines
Prepare a rework sheet to avoid design and manufacturing errors in upcoming projects.
Conduct meetings with vendor team to organize the manufacturing parts & standard parts for projects.
Prepare key challenges for each project to derive lesson learned.
Prepare SOP, Checklist and RCA for all projects.

Preferred candidate profile

Education: Diploma / Bachelors degree in Mechanical engineering, Automation, or a related field
