Mega Walkin Drive for Lead Software Engineer- Java Backend Developer Education Qualification : Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field or higher with minimum 5 years of relevant experience. Position Description: We are looking for an experienced Java Backend Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate should be passionate about coding and developing scalable and high-performance applications. You will work closely with our front-end developers, designers, and other members of the team to deliver quality solutions that meet the needs of our clients. Your future duties and responsibilities: Design, develop and maintain Java-based applications. Develop and implement efficient algorithms and data structures. Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications. Identify and troubleshoot software defects and issues. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features. Participate in code reviews and ensure code quality and standards are met Stay up to date with emerging trends and technologies in software development Required qualifications to be successful in this role: Must-Have Skills: Java Backend Developer with 6+ years of experience Reviews design documents and provides feedback on approach and estimates Technical expertise in the design, development, coding, testing, and debugging of software. Ensures that software meets or exceed specified standards and end-user requirements Experience in Openshift Experience in Mongo Strong knowledge of the Spring framework (Spring MVC, Spring boot, Spring Security) Knowledge of the java frameworks (Spring MVC) Good knowledge of relational database, specifically Oracle (SQL - PL/SQL) Strong knowledge of ORM tool (Hibernate preferably) Strong knowledge of web services (WSDL Soap, Restful) Familiarity with version control systems such as Git Ability to troubleshoot issues independently Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills Strong communication and collaboration skill. Good-to-Have Skills: Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure Experience with Kafka and Redis Experience with containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes Familiarity with message brokers such as RabbitMQ and Kafka Experience with front-end technologies such as Angular, React, or Vue.js Familiarity with machine learning and artificial intelligence technologies Skills: Cucumber English GIT GIT Java Selenium Notice Period- 0-45 Days Pre requisites : Aadhar Card a copy, PAN card copy, UAN Disclaimer : The selected candidates will initially be required to work from the office for 8 weeks before transitioning to a hybrid model with 2 days of work from the office each week.
