Walk-in Drive- Single round only Role & responsibilities Job Title: Java Full Stack Developer (React) Experience Required: 4.5+ Years Location: Chennai Employment Type: [Permanent] About the Role: We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Java Full Stack Developer with a strong background in React.js to join our dynamic development team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining end-to-end web applications with a focus on performance, scalability, and user experience. Key Responsibilities: Design and develop robust backend services using Java (Spring Boot / Spring Framework) . Build responsive and dynamic user interfaces using React.js and modern frontend tools. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including UI/UX designers, product managers, and QA engineers. Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices. Participate in all phases of the software development lifecycle including requirement analysis, design, development, and deployment. Integrate with RESTful APIs and third-party services. Conduct code reviews and mentor junior developers as needed. Debug and resolve technical issues across the full stack. Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability. Stay updated on emerging technologies and advocate for their adoption when appropriate. Required Skills & Qualifications: 4.5+ years of hands-on experience in full stack development. Strong proficiency in Java , especially with Spring Boot , Spring MVC , and related frameworks. Solid experience in React.js , along with Redux, Hooks, and modern JavaScript (ES6+). Experience with HTML5 , CSS3 , SASS/LESS , and responsive design principles. Knowledge of RESTful API design and integration. Experience with relational databases such as MySQL , PostgreSQL , or Oracle . Familiarity with version control systems like Git . Understanding of DevOps tools and CI/CD pipelines is a plus. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and in a team. Strong communication and collaboration skills. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS , Azure , or GCP . Familiarity with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes). Exposure to Agile methodologies and tools like Jira , Confluence . Experience in writing unit and integration tests using JUnit , Mockito , Jest , or similar tools.
