Job Description

Conduct reviews of medical records and claims in support of fraud, waste and abuse investigations or for other program integrity initiatives.
Prepare written medical review summaries outlining rationale for claims determinations.
Conduct research in support of investigations.
Use knowledge of healthcare coding conventions, fraud schemes, areas of vulnerability, reimbursement methodologies, and relevant laws to help detect suspicious patterns in claims data, provider enrollment data, and other sources.
Maintain current knowledge of relevant regulations and standards, including, but not limited to, federal and state policies and coding guidelines.
Participates in special projects as required.

Any Graduate
CPC Certification is Mandatory.
0-3 years of exp in Medical Coding. E/M preferred.
Good team player with strong interpersonal skills and high integrity.
Must be flexible to work in any shifts.
Should be ready to work from office.
