Job Description

Walk In drive for Recovery /Collection Manager

Location: Coimbatore,Pollachi,Mettupalayam

Roles and Responsibilities

Manage debt recovery operations in Coimbatore region, ensuring timely payment from customers.
Conduct field collections, loan recoveries, and debt collection activities to minimize bad debts.
Identify potential risks and develop strategies to mitigate them during loan disbursements.
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer queries and issues related to loans.
Maintain accurate records of all transactions, including payments received from customers.

Desired Candidate Profile

Strong knowledge of local language (Tamil) is required.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment.
Must be a full time graduate
any loan recovery experience will do

Interviews are happening on 23rd and 24th July (Wednesday and Thursday)
