Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Prepare, review, and maintain SOPs, batch records, APQRs, and PQRs ensuring accuracy and GMP compliance.
Manage document control, including archiving, version tracking, and timely retrieval of records.
Support QA and RA by providing required documents for regulatory submissions, audits, and inspections.
Assist in CAPA, deviation, and non-conformance documentation, ensuring proper closure.
Facilitate documentation for insurance purposes by maintaining complete production and QA records.
Train and guide staff on proper documentation practices and compliance with SOPs.

Preferred candidate profile

Strong understanding of
cGMP, GLP, and regulatory guidelines
.
Excellent
document handling and record-keeping
skills.
Attention to detail and
accuracy in data recording
.
Good
communication and coordination
skills.
Basic computer skills, including
MS Office, document management software
.
