Lead MS Exchange Services

Role Summary

The Lead MS Exchange Services provides technical and operational leadership for Microsoft Exchange environments, ensuring reliability, security, and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead Exchange server, mailbox, and distribution list administration
Oversee mail flow, transport rules, queue health, and performance monitoring
Drive patching, database health checks, and optimization activities
Ensure disaster recovery preparedness and recovery testing
Lead incident handling, root cause analysis, and audit evidence preparation
Enforce email security controls including DLP, encryption, and anti-spam policies

Required Skills & Experience

8 to 13 years of Microsoft Exchange administration experience
Strong expertise in email security and compliance
Proven incident and DR management experience
Experience supporting enterprise-scale messaging platforms
