WALK-IN DRIVE — BACK OFFICE EXECUTIVE / DATA ENTRY OPERATOR
Location: Hussariya Chauraha, Jeevan Plaza Building, First Floor, Gomti Nagar
Walk-in Date: 27/10/25 to 01/11/2025
Time: 12:00 pm - 2 :00 pm

1. Role Overview:

The Back Office Executive & Data Entry Operator is responsible for handling administrative and data management tasks to ensure smooth daily operations of the organization. The role involves maintaining accurate records, entering data into systems, preparing reports, and supporting internal departments with documentation and coordination.

2. Key Responsibilities: Back Office Executive Duties:

  • Handle routine administrative and clerical tasks.
  • Prepare and maintain employee and client records.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence (emails, letters, etc.).
  • Assist in preparing reports, statements, and MIS data.
  • Coordinate with other departments for document collection and submission.
  • Maintain filing systems (physical and digital) for easy retrieval of information.
  • Support the management in daily operational work and office coordination.
  • Ensure confidentiality and accuracy of organizational information.

Data Entry Operator Duties:

  • Accurately enter and update data in company databases and software systems.
  • Verify, correct, and maintain data integrity and consistency.
  • Compile, sort, and verify the accuracy of data before entry.
  • Generate required reports and summaries from the data system.
  • Handle data backups and maintain data confidentiality.
  • Ensure timely and accurate completion of all data-related tasks.
  • Assist in data analysis and information preparation for management when required.

3. Required Skills and Competencies:

  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and data entry software.
  • Strong typing speed and attention to detail.
  • Good communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
  • Basic knowledge of accounting or record-keeping preferred.
  • Team-oriented and dependable.

4. Qualifications:

  • Minimum Qualification: Graduate (B.Com / B.A / B.Sc or equivalent).
  • Experience: 0–2 years (Freshers can apply).

5. Salary Range:

As per company norms / Based on experience and skills.

6. Working Hours:

Monday to Saturday – [ 10:00 AM to 7:30 PM]

Full-Time / Permanent

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,099.63 - ₹28,230.84 per month
