Role Description

We are seeking a dedicated Waiter/Waitress for a full-time, on-site role at our restaurant in North Goa. The Waiter/Waitress will be responsible for warmly welcoming guests, taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring an exceptional dining experience. Additional responsibilities include providing personalized customer service, maintaining table cleanliness, and collaborating with the kitchen team to ensure seamless service. You will also have the opportunity to learn and share insights about our seasonal menu and handcrafted cocktails with guests.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service and communication skills to provide attentive and friendly service.
• Experience or interest in Food & Beverage and Food Service operations, showcasing an understanding of menu items and serving techniques.
• Basic cooking knowledge is a plus, aiding in understanding the menu and assisting guests with inquiries.
• A team-player with a proactive attitude, good work ethic, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluency in English is required; additional language skills, especially in Konkani or Hindi, are advantageous.
• Previous experience in the hospitality industry is beneficial, but a passion for great food and service is most important.
