Job ResponsibilitiesFollow store opening and closing protocols.Maintain punctuality to support team productivity and smooth daily operations.Follow Grooming standards as per company guidelines.Consistently achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets as defined by the management team.Preparing food items as per company SOPs with maintaining MRD.Ensure all equipment is used according to safety guidelines and operational procedures.Maintaining a clean and hygienic work environment.Taking orders from the customers and providing them with the accurate information about the menu items.Taking effective online orders and handling correct packages to delivery partners.Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service.Handling cash, online and other payments.Cleaning the stores including customer area,kitchen area and storage area.Ensure the safety and security of the store premises at all timesLearning about the parameters those are help to maintain store performance and audit scoreTimely completion of training courses in Waffle Academy
