Job description Job Title: Waiter / Waitress Location: [Miramar, Goa] Salary Range: ₹15,000–₹18,000/month Working Hours: 12 hrs Job Summary: We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused individual to join our team as a waiter/waitress. You’ll be the face of our restaurant, responsible for delivering a pleasant dining experience by providing excellent service and ensuring customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: Welcome guests warmly and guide them to their tables Present menus, take food and beverage orders accurately Serve dishes in a timely and professional manner Ensure customer satisfaction and respond to complaints when needed Clear and clean tables, reset for next guests Process payments and issue receipts Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the dining area Qualifications & Skills: Minimum education not mandatory; training provided Prior experience in hospitality preferred Good communication skills in English and local languages Polite, attentive, and physically fit to manage duties Ability to work in a team and multitask during busy hours Benefits: Staff meals provided Performance-based incentives Opportunity for career growth in hospitality
