Job Description

Job Summary: We are looking for a courteous and customer-oriented Waiter/Steward to join our restaurant team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring an excellent dining experience for our guests. Key Responsibilities: * Greet and seat customers in a friendly manner * Take accurate food and beverage orders and relay them to the kitchen staff * Serve orders promptly and ensure guests are satisfied * Refill drinks, clear tables, and maintain cleanliness of the dining area * Provide menu recommendations and answer customer queries * Process bills and handle payments (if required) * Coordinate with kitchen and other staff to ensure smooth service * Follow all health and safety regulations
